Chicken Pot Pie

It’s been ages and I have tons of photos and recipes stockpiled. Problem is, I didn’t bring my Cook’s Illustrated book home for summer,  so a few like this one will have to be posted sans-recipe. I’m happy to dig the recipe up soon if any of you want it (which you should: pot pie is great because it’s classic comfort food AND has all the food groups!). I made this months ago, but I remember using the leftover chicken from my previous posting instead of cooking up a bunch of breasts. I wish I had taken a picture of the filling!
